Our beloved son, Elvin Simson, just 9 years old, has been diagnosed with Metastatic Neuroblastoma – an aggressive and life-threatening cancer affecting his right adrenal gland, multiple bones, and bone marrow.

He is currently undergoing intensive treatment at Aster Medcity, Kochi, under the care of a highly specialised medical team.

Elvin’s treatment is extremely complex and demanding. It includes multiple stages:

• Induction chemotherapy
• Surgical removal of the primary tumour
• Consolidation through autologous stem cell transplant
• Radiation therapy
• Five cycles of maintenance chemotherapy and immunotherapy

As per his current treatment plan, he is expected to undergo the critical stem cell transplant by the first week of May 2026.

As parents, we have done everything within our means to continue his treatment. But the prolonged hospitalisation and advanced therapies have placed an overwhelming financial strain on our family.

The estimated cost for his treatment and recovery is approximately ₹1.85 crore – an amount far beyond what we can afford.

Every day, we are not only battling this devastating disease but also living with the fear of being unable to continue the treatment that could save our child’s life.
